Great News! A new study published in the
British Medical Journal shows a correlation between eating 100g of dark chocolate per day and lowered blood pressure and lowered cholesterol as well as lowered risk of fatal and non-fatal cardiovascular events. Not that I needed much convincing, but this sounds great to me.
