Ebb and Flow are two satellites that have been orbiting the Moon for some time mapping out lunar gravity with incredible detail. They are part of NASA's GRAIL (Gravity Recovery And Interior Laboratory) mission. Now they have completed their mission and NASA is going to let them slam into the Moon. The space craft will crash intentionally near the moon's north pole at 2:28 p.m. PT (2228 GMT) today. As if that weren't enough, they are going to live stream it, so you can watch as it happens.
